gîtes.online cannot be held liable for any interruption, failure or unavailability of the service, regardless of the cause, including failures of the hosting infrastructure. No compensation may be claimed in this regard.
The user is solely and entirely responsible for the content they publish — texts, images, photographs and videos. gîtes.online is not responsible for content published by its users.
The user guarantees that they hold all necessary rights over the content they upload. In the event of a third-party claim for copyright infringement, liability lies exclusively with the user. gîtes.online reserves the right to remove any content reported as infringing.
The user agrees not to publish any photograph featuring recognisable individuals without having obtained their explicit prior consent, in accordance with applicable law. For minors, the consent of their legal guardians is required. gîtes.online accepts no liability for any breach of this obligation.
gîtes.online performs automatic weekly backups of user content (data and media). These backups are retained for 4 weeks. In the event of data loss, the user may contact info@gites.online for restoration. However, gîtes.online does not guarantee the permanent retention of data in the event of a major technical failure.
gîtes.online integrates services provided by third parties (Google, WhatsApp, Stripe, etc.). gîtes.online is not responsible for the operation, terms of use or potential interruptions of these services.
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. gîtes.online reserves the right to modify its pricing and features with 30 days' notice by email. In the event of permanent discontinuation of the service, active users will be notified at least 60 days in advance. Data is retained for 60 days after cancellation and then permanently deleted.
This service is available internationally. Prices are quoted in euros (EUR). French law applies, unless mandatory legal provisions in the user's country of residence dictate otherwise. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of French courts, unless mandatory provisions in the user's country provide otherwise.
